At Red Ribbon Cakes, every creation is crafted with utmost care, and with only the best ingredients. Our goal is to deliver the best cake in Dubai, right to your door, and in tip-top condition. Since our cakes and desserts are ‘made to order,’ we have specific rules that are there for the fairness and the satisfaction of every customer for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellations
An order can be cancelled for up to 2 hours from the time it was placed, as long as neither baking nor preparation have commenced.
Do note that the moment we begin production or the moment the order is dispatched, we are unable to accept a cancellation request as we have perishable goods.
In the case of customised or personalised cakes, we do offer cancellation as long as the design is in the last phase and the production has begun.

Returns
In the case of cakes, cupcakes and desserts, there are no returns that can be made once the order is picked up or delivered as they are freshly baked.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We are very careful with every UAE cake delivery and try to make sure that it arrives in perfect condition. If you receive something that is damaged or wrong, you have to get in touch with us in 2 hours with clear pictures along with your order number.
We will look at each case and may offer:
A replacement cake of equal value, or A partial refund or credit coupon for future orders.
NOTE: Each cake is made by hand and slight differences in color, decoration, or design are possible because regression is real. Such cases cannot be regarded as defects in the product.
Late Deliveries
We partner with reliable delivery services to provide you with reliable cake online delivery. Delays due to traffic, weather, and holidays are still unexpected for us.
In case of such, you will be notified of the delay. Requests for heavy delay refund are accepted only in cases of refund due to lack of delivery by us or service error.

In order to get the best experience and delight from our cakes, you should consume in within 24 hours.
For the fondant cake of cream, kindly refrigerate as instructed by our staff. We will not be held liable for the damage or spoilage that takes place due to lack of appropriate storage or handling after delivery.
Refunds
Refunds approved will be sent to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Cash refunds are not available for online orders; instead, we offer a credit voucher for future purchases.
Special & Custom Orders

To change an order, a request must be sent at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
