The prices set in the site are in AED, and all prices marked with 21 and above are inclusive of VAT.
You must pay the whole amount of money set in the order to reserve your order. All customers can pay using any form of recognized and secure credit and debit cards and online payment platforms.
Under the Return, Refund & Replacement Policy (Section 7) the order modification or cancellation is possible, but order confirmation provides no recourse.
Product Availability
All cakes and products listed on the site is subject to stock availability.
Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to provide a suitable alternative or issue a complete refund in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after placing an order.
As we take the time to handcraft every cake, we do want to note that there will be slight differences in color and final designs that will highlight that individuality unique to a Red Ribbon cake.
Delivery & Shipping
We offer cake delivery to all of the UAE, specifically to Dubai and a few other select locations. Please see our Shipping Policy for a complete list of our service areas.
We are happy to tell you that your delivery will be ready on the date and time you select for your transaction. Because we are one of the most sought after services for birthday cake delivery, we highly suggest that you place your order as early as you can.
Expect delayed delivery on busy days like Eid, Valentine’s Day, or Christmas, as order volumes tend to spike.
In the event you are not at the delivery location, our driver will try to reach you. The failure to complete the delivery may result in a charge for additional delivery, which will be the responsibility of the client.
